Mr. Miller has successfully founded 4 companies, across different industries (master‐planned developments, homebuilding, grocery stores and infrastructure construction) and grew each company to exceed $100 million in sales.

Larry Miller has over 30 years of real estate development and operations experience. He is responsible for strategic business development and for management oversight of the operational and financial aspects of Matrix Equities and its affiliates including the management and direction of (i) master planned communities, residential subdivision developments and homebuilding operations, (ii) limited service branded hotel acquisition, development and operating activities, (iii) retail, office and industrial property developments, and (iv) multi‐resident care home operations.

Mr. Miller served as the founder and sole shareholder of Miller Holdings, Inc. and Miller Holdings Investments, Inc. (both investment holding companies), Omega Construction, Inc. (a licensed general contractor responsible for all master plan infrastructure development), and Omega Management Services, Inc. (a licensed engineering firm responsible for entitlement and plan review) (collectively “Miller Holdings”).

In his position of Chief Executive Officer he was also responsible for strategic business development and management oversight of both the operational and financial aspects of Miller Holdings and its affiliates At the turn of the AZ market the company was delivering approximately 4,000 residential lots per year to the Homebuilding Industry.

Under Mr. Miller’s leadership Miller Holdings became one of the most successful developers of mixed use master planned communities managing land mapping, entitlement and infrastructure construction, as well as the development of retail centers including a 250,000 sq. ft. Wal‐Mart power center, and commercial properties which include a 275,000 sq. ft. three story office building project and a number of industrial projects in the Phoenix MSA and Northern California.

To service company developed communities, Mr. Miller also developed and operated a cable television and internet operating company in Maricopa, AZ designed for 12,000 homes and sold in 2011 with approximately 3,000 active subscribers.

In 2003 Mr. Miller co‐founded Elite Communities, Inc., a homebuilding company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Elite Communities quickly grew to become the 3rd fastest growing homebuilding company in the US in 2006 closing approximately 800 homes per year at the height of the market.

Quality was not overlooked during this explosive growth as evidenced by Elite Communities being honored as the area’s 2nd best homebuilder in overall customer satisfaction in 2008 and received MAME awards in 2006 and 2007 from the Homebuilders Association for design, marketing and homebuilding excellence. In the summer of 2007 Elite was also named the second fastest builder in the market with a delivery time of 143 days per home and was a “Top 20” home builder in 2007.

The combination of the master planned community lot sales and homebuilding operations generated approximately $300,000,000 in annual revenues at the height of operations.

Larry Miller is now bringing his vision, energy, and management expertise to LIFT Energetics. Patent pending status was secured in March of 2017. Under Mr. Miller’s direction, LIFT is poised to become an international powerhouse in the mining and construction industries.

Mr. Miller’s career sales are over $1.5 Billion. He is looking forward to LIFT Energetics adding millions to this impressive total!

Mariano Lanza is a United States Army veteran. He served his country in the elite US Army Special Operations Command as a combat engineer. Lanza has degrees from Arizona State University (ASU) Polytechnic and from the US Army Logistic College. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Environmental Engineering, Hazardous Material Management, Water & Wastewater Management, and Organic Chemistry / Energetics.

His work history includes:

Military combat engineer where he developed innovative ways for the application of high energetics within quarry operations in sensitive areas.

Worked for the United States Department of Interior as a Blasting Operations Design and Application Examiner. His reports and reviews of the facility blasting data was instrumental in proving that the application of energetics was sound. Mariano’s recommendations in best practices for blasting using non- conventional methods proved to be of value to quarries operations.

Functioned as the lead for removal operations of Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC). He further defined applications of low energetics for the destruction of military munitions.

Worked for Advance Energetics in research and innovation where he developed several gas generating formulations and application systems.

Lanza conducted de-mining operations in the Balkans, Africa where he used unconventional methods for the safe removal of high explosive devices using gas generating capsules of his own design.

At Angel films, Mariano developed explosion and other effects using his knowledge of energetic chemistry. His art saved the producers thousands of dollars by avoiding the destruction of valuable movies sets.

He designed the application of gas generating formulas for the construction of Arizona Trial in Superior, AZ. The location is within very sensitive environmental areas.

Mr. Lanza is an experienced expert at formulating, developing, and deploying explosives. He developed the formulation of the LIFT Energetics products that gained patent pending status in March 2017.
